CHOW MEIN

CHOW MEIN
Cheryl Boysen (in memory of Thelma Boysen Keefer)

1 1/2 # lean ground beef
2 onions (chopped)
1 bunch of celery (cleaned and chopped)
2 cans bean sprouts (drained)
1 can water chestnuts (drained)
1 can bamboo shoots (drained)
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
Bag of crunchy noodles
Rice

Brown ground beef, drain any fat. Stir in all the other ingredients, cover and simmer for one hour. May thicken with cornstarch and water. Serve over crunchy noodles and rice.
