LEMON-COCONUT SQUARES

1 ½ C. sifted flour
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. butter
Filling:
2 eggs, beaten
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. chopped nuts
1 ½ c. flaked coconut
2 Tbsp. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1 C. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat down in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 275 for 10 min. Combine the filling; spread on top of baked mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 min. While warm, spread the frosting.
