3 Cups of Chopped Fresh Cranberries (I use a tiny food processor)
2 Tablespoons of Minced Fresh Ginger
1/3 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
2 Tablespoons of Finely Minced Fresh Jalapenos
¼ Cup Chopped Green Onion
1 Clove of Minced Fresh Garlic (I use a mini-grater like one used for nutmeg)
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice (approx. one medium ripe lemon)
½ Cup Sugar (can start with ¼ cup and add to taste)
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
