HOMEMADE SALSA

HOMEMADE SALSA

2 lbs. small roma tomatoes, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 white onion, diced
juice of 2-3 limes
2 tbsp. salt (or to taste)
1 tsp. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients a few hours before serving to develop and saturate the tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips (the Hint of Lime tortilla chips taste delicious with this!)
